This market evaluates the token's Fully Diluted Valuation at 4:00 PM ET on the calendar day following its launch. The resolution source is not a named aggregator or official database, but rather the most liquid price source available, leaving it to the decider to determine which exchange or platform meets that criteria. Furthermore, the rules do not specify the exact source for the total token supply used to calculate fully diluted valuation. There is a fixed deadline of December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET, after which the market resolves to No if no publicly tradable token has launched.

Market explained

This market measures whether the Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) of OpenSea's token exceeds $100M one day after launch, requiring the token to be actively, publicly transferable and tradable.

How it resolves

The market resolves to Yes if OpenSea's token has a Fully Diluted Valuation greater than $100M at 4:00 PM ET on the calendar day following launch. A launch requires the token to be actively, publicly transferable and tradable. The market resolves to No if the valuation is not above $100M at that time, or if OpenSea does not launch a token by December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
