This market depends on identifying whether the two leaders have an in-person encounter where they interact. While the deadline of December 31, 2026, is precise, resolution relies on a consensus of credible media reporting rather than a designated official registry or diplomatic body. What constitutes an interaction—such as a brief handshake at a multilateral summit versus formal bilateral talks—relies on decider interpretation of news coverage.
