The market clearly defines the winning outcome as the Memphis Grizzlies winning the NBA championship for the 2026-27 season. Key mechanics to note include early resolution to No if the team is eliminated prior to the Finals, and a definitive cancellation or postponement deadline of June 30, 2027, after which the market resolves to Other if no champion is crowned. In the highly unlikely scenario of multiple co-champions being declared, an alphabetical tie-breaker applies. Official NBA announcements serve as the primary resolution source, with credible media reporting permitted as a backup.

Resolution rules
This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team is determined as the champion of the NBA for the 2026-27 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to be named as the champion of NBA for the 2026-27 season per the rules of NBA (e.g., participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared winners, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a champion has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the NBA: however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Market explained
This market measures whether the Memphis Grizzlies win the 2026-27 NBA Championship. Resolution features an alphabetical tiebreaker if multiple winners are declared, as well as an "Other" outcome if the season is delayed past a specific cutoff.
How it resolves
The market resolves to Yes if the Memphis Grizzlies are determined to be the champion of the NBA for the 2026-27 season. If multiple teams are declared champions, the market resolves in favor of the team whose name comes first alphabetically. The market resolves to No if the team is eliminated, becomes impossible to be named champion under NBA rules, or does not win the championship. The market resolves to Other if the event is cancelled, postponed past June 30, 2027, at 11:59 PM ET, or if no champion is declared by that time. Resolution is determined by official information from the NBA, though a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
