This market resolves based on whether the Indiana Pacers win the 2026-27 NBA championship, relying primarily on official NBA information with credible reporting as a secondary source. The outcome is straightforward, but participants should note that the market can resolve to No early if the team is mathematically or competitively eliminated prior to the Finals. In addition, if the season is cancelled, postponed beyond June 30, 2027, or no champion is crowned by that date, the market specifies resolution to Other rather than a standard No.

Resolution rules
This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team is determined as the champion of the NBA for the 2026-27 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to be named as the champion of NBA for the 2026-27 season per the rules of NBA (e.g., participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared winners, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a champion has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the NBA: however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Market explained
This market measures whether the Indiana Pacers will win the 2026-27 NBA championship. Resolution features an alphabetical tiebreaker if multiple winners are declared, as well as a specific deadline after which an undeclared champion results in an Other resolution.
How it resolves
The market resolves to Yes if the Indiana Pacers are determined as the champion of the NBA for the 2026-27 season. If multiple teams are declared winners, the market resolves in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. The market resolves to No if the team is not the champion or if it becomes impossible for them to win per NBA rules, such as being eliminated. The market resolves to Other if the event is cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or if no champion is declared by that cutoff. Resolution is decided using official information from the NBA, though a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
