The rules clearly specify an objective threshold and a single named data source. Resolution relies directly on the 1-minute candle Low prices for the Binance BTC/USDT pair between 00:00 AM ET on October 1 and 11:59 PM ET on October 31. The market resolves immediately to Yes if any 1-minute candle hits $60,000 or below within that window, and otherwise resolves to No. Data from other exchanges or trading pairs is explicitly excluded, leaving no room for source discretion or ambiguous timing.
