The rules are unambiguous and establish precise criteria for resolution. The outcome is determined entirely by numerical data from a single designated source and trading pair: Binance 1-minute BTC/USDT candles during the exact calendar month specified in Eastern Time. The market features an immediate early resolution trigger if the low price touches or falls below $65,000, and otherwise resolves definitively at the end of the month without reliance on subjective decider discretion.

How it resolves

The market resolves to Yes immediately if any Binance 1-minute candle for BTC/USDT has a final Low price equal to or lower than $65,000 between October 1 at 00:00 AM ET and October 31 at 11:59 PM ET.
