The resolution rules are straightforward and objective. Resolution relies solely on the final Low price of the BTC/USDT 1-minute candle on Binance within the specified Eastern Time window in October. The market specifies early resolution to Yes if the target threshold is hit at any point during the month, and No otherwise. No discretion is required, as the criteria reference a specific pair, chart timeframe, and single exchange source.
