The rules clearly specify how the outcome is determined based solely on goals scored in the second half plus second-half stoppage time, explicitly excluding first-half goals, extra time, and penalty shootouts. Resolution relies primarily on official statistics published by the event organizer or governing body, followed by a clear, tiered fallback hierarchy (Flashscore, then Sofascore, then consensus reporting) if official data is delayed. Specific edge cases such as postponement, cancellation, and late score revisions are well defined, minimizing any unexpected settlement outcomes.
