Gotcha risk — resolution-rule assessment

The rules clearly define what constitutes winning the second half, explicitly measuring only goals scored during the second half of regular time plus stoppage time, while excluding first-half goals, extra time, and penalty shootouts. Resolution relies primarily on official governing body match statistics, supported by an ordered fallback hierarchy (Flashscore, Sofascore, and consensus reporting). Standard contingencies for postponement and cancellation are well defined, with clear rules resolving cancellations to a draw.
