The rules clearly specify that the outcome depends solely on goals scored during the second half including stoppage time, explicitly excluding the first half, extra time, and penalty shootouts. Resolution relies on official UEFA match statistics, with a clear hierarchical fallback to standard sports data providers (Flashscore, Sofascore) and credible reporting if needed. One detail to note is that if the match is canceled entirely without a replay, or if no data is available within 24 hours, the market resolves to Draw.
