Gotcha risk — resolution-rule assessment
Show less
The rules clearly specify that the match result is determined after regular time plus stoppage time, using official governing body statistics with defined fallbacks. However, participants should be aware of a counterintuitive cancellation rule: if the game is canceled entirely with no make-up game, the market resolves to Yes rather than voiding or resolving to No. Postponements also leave the market open indefinitely until completed. Otherwise, standard resolution hierarchy and rules apply.
