The market is tied to the clear outcome of the 2026 League of Legends World Championship, referencing the official tournament organizer, Riot Games, along with standard secondary reporting via Liquipedia. There is an explicit cutoff date of November 28, 2026, after which postponement or cancellation forces a resolution to 'Other'. Holders should be aware of the unusual tie-breaking provision that resolves in favor of the alphabetically first team name if multiple winners are declared, though this scenario is exceptionally rare in standard tournament structures.
