This market resolves clearly based on the party of the candidate winning the 2026 Kansas Attorney General race. Primary resolution initially relies on a consensus of credible reporting, with a named fallback to the official state election certification authority in case of ambiguity. There is an explicit mechanism handling nominee replacements before election day to prevent confusion over individual names versus party affiliation, and an extended deadline of July 31, 2027, resolving to Other if the outcome remains unresolved, leaving very little room for unexpected outcomes.
