The rules clearly specify the exact resolution source and metric: the top-ranked individual on Google's official Year in Search United States 'People' list for 2026. A clear fallback date of March 31, 2027 is provided if Google fails to publish the list. While Google's Year in Search lists measure trending search interest rather than raw absolute search volume, the rules clearly define the exact list and navigation path used to determine the outcome, leaving minimal ambiguity or decider discretion.
