The rules clearly specify the exact source and path for resolution, relying entirely on Google's official 2026 Year in Search rankings for the United States under the People category. A definitive fallback deadline of March 31, 2027 is provided if Google fails to publish the list, resolving to Other in that scenario. There is minimal ambiguity, no reliance on decider discretion, and unambiguous criteria for determining the winning outcome.
