This market resolves based on the official winner of the 2027 NHL Eastern Conference Finals as published by the NHL, with credible media reporting as a secondary source. The outcome is straightforward for a major sporting event. Note that the rules permit an early resolution to 'No' as soon as the team is mathematically eliminated from winning the conference. Additionally, if the season is cancelled, postponed past June 30, 2027, or no champion is determined by that deadline, the market resolves to 'Other'.
